General terms and conditions of sale
1. Essential characteristics of the goods
Talents & Violon'celles offers downloadable sheet music for sale in PDF format. Each piece is described in detail on its sales page, including the title, composer, level of difficulty, and any other relevant information.
2. Price
The prices of the sheet music are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT). They are displayed on each product page.
3. Costs, date and delivery terms
The sheet music is delivered as downloadable PDF files. There is no charge for physical delivery. The download is available immediately after payment confirmation.
4. Terms of contract execution
The contract is executed upon confirmation of payment by the customer. The customer receives a download link to access the purchased sheet music.
5. Payment terms
Accepted payment methods are: credit card and PayPal. Payment is secure and must be made in full at the time of order. In case of late payment, late payment penalties may be applied in accordance with applicable law.
6. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with French law, the customer has 14 days from the download date to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must notify their decision by email to the following address: deleguee@talentsetvioloncelles.com. Due to the digital nature of the products, the right of withdrawal does not apply if the download has begun with the customer's consent and their express waiver of the right of withdrawal.
7. Legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects
Talents & Violon'celles guarantees the conformity of the sheet music sold and undertakes to refund or replace any defective sheet music or sheet music that does not conform to the description. The customer also benefits from the legal guarantee against hidden defects.
8. Commercial warranty and after-sales service
In case of technical problems with the download, the customer can contact customer service at deleguee@talentsetvioloncelles.com for assistance.
9. Contract duration and termination conditions
The contract is concluded for the duration necessary to provide the downloadable scores. It may be terminated at any time by the customer by deleting the account or ceasing to use the services.
10. Dispute resolution procedures
In the event of a dispute, the client may choose to resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. If no amicable agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent court in accordance with the rules of ordinary law.
