Residencies at Maison Talents & Violon'celles
In the heart of Paris's historic luthiers' district
The Maison Talents & Violon'celles offers a unique setting for artistic residencies, welcoming luthiers and musicians for stays of a few days, weeks, or months. Located in the heart of the renowned Rue de Rome, the Maison Talents & Violon'celles is designed to inspire and support artistic creation, while providing a workspace and meeting place conducive to exchange and innovation.
For luthiers and musicians: a workspace and meeting place
Our residence is ideal for luthiers wishing to dedicate themselves to specific projects, such as the construction or restoration of instruments, in a quiet and well-equipped environment.
It can also serve as a Parisian base for luthiers in the regions, allowing them to receive their Parisian clients and participate in the cultural life of the capital.
For their part, musicians will find at Maison Talents & Violon'celles a place for rehearsal and creation, where they can work on their instrument and prepare for concerts.

September - November 2021: Camille de Tredern, a young luthier, crafted the 7/8 size cello, directed by Jean-Louis Prochasson. This project was funded by the AG2R LA MONDIALE Corporate Foundation for Artistic Vitality. Upon completion, the cello will be loaned to one of our young talents.
